With over 20 years in sales and industry experience, Deb has developed an enviable reputation with clients and competitors alike and will bring to the team an extensive network of contacts from both vet channels Deb has managed veterinary clinics, pet stores, large national customer groups, and chains, vet and pet wholesalers as well as state-based teams in a leadership capacity. Deb is a high-achieving sales professional who has spent her entire career in the pet and animal industry and is able to draw on her background as a veterinary nurse, which gives her a unique perspective and the ability to understand the needs of our members.

Kirst has always dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, but life took her on a different path—one that still keeps her close to animals. With a strong background in sales and account management, Kirst now brings her expertise to UVG, supporting veterinary professionals with tailored solutions to help their practices thrive. Outside of work, she indulges her passion for animals by pet-sitting whenever the opportunity arises, alongside her beloved fur baby, Charlie the French Bulldog, who keeps her on her toes and ensures there’s never a dull moment.

Mel has over ten years of experience working in both human and veterinary pharmacies. She has a passion for inventory management and a talent for developing policies, procedures and innovative systems to streamline stock control and help practices reach their highest potential. Mel has previously worked in Animal Welfare in a shelter environment assisting with re-homing and rehabilitation.
