Tracie Haywood-Cruddas
Business Development Manager QLD/WA/NT
Tracie is a Business Development Manager with United Vets Group, supporting member clinics across Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. She is naturally results-orientated and genuinely passionate about building strong relationships with independent clinics, working closely with them to deliver tailored solutions that support their growth and long-term success.
Working with United Vets Group has allowed her to really lean into what she enjoys most—guiding clinics, identifying opportunities, and helping teams feel supported and confident in their direction.
Her journey in the veterinary and pet industry started over 15 years ago in the nutrition space, which evolved into working across natural and complementary food, supplements and therapy solutions. Prior to this, she came from a background in teaching and business ownership, which has shaped how she communicates, adapts and connects with people in her role today.
Outside of work, she has a strong interest in animal welfare, particularly brachy breeds. She has been the proud pet guardian of three rescue pugs and bulldogs—Kolo, Ronnie and Reggie—as well as two rescue cats, Archie and Violet. Based on the Gold Coast for over 20 years, her family also includes her two adult sons.
Beyond her professional life, she enjoys following football (soccer) and is a devoted supporter of Arsenal F.C., which reflects her personal, enduring connection to London, where she was born and where her extended family still live.
