With over 20 years in sales and industry experience, Deb has developed an enviable reputation with clients and competitors alike and will bring to the team an extensive network of contacts from both vet channels Deb has managed veterinary clinics, pet stores, large national customer groups, and chains, vet and pet wholesalers as well as state-based teams in a leadership capacity. Deb is a high-achieving sales professional who has spent her entire career in the pet and animal industry and is able to draw on her background as a veterinary nurse, which gives her a unique perspective and the ability to understand the needs of our members.

Mel has over ten years of experience working in both human and veterinary pharmacies. She has a passion for inventory management and a talent for developing policies, procedures and innovative systems to streamline stock control and help practices reach their highest potential. Mel has previously worked in Animal Welfare in a shelter environment assisting with re-homing and rehabilitation.

Erwin comes to UVG with an extensive background in business development and customer management having worked on various roles in different industries- from Pharmaceutical, Automotive and FMCG such as Novartis, Perfetti Van Melle, Goodyear and The Hershey Company in ANZ, US and Asia. He’s highly passionate about customer satisfaction and addressing business challenges of today, focused on collaborating internally and externally to deliver commercial and customer objectives. Outside of work, he spends most of his time with family and playing games as a stress buster.
