Melanie Lithgow

Mel has over ten years of experience working in both human and veterinary pharmacies. She has a passion for inventory management and a talent for developing policies, procedures and innovative systems to streamline stock control and help practices reach their highest potential. Mel excels in training and motivating our team of Practice Group Managers nationally to provide a high level of service to our Members and their clients.
Mel has previously worked in Animal Welfare in a shelter environment assisting with re-homing and rehabilitation. When not at work Mel can be seen keeping fit walking her Greyhounds.


Stacey Davies

Stacey Davies will be based in regional Victoria. She knows our industry very well, having spent close to 10 years working with some of the industry’s key suppliers including Jurox and Cenvet, and prior to that working as an equine Vet Tech across Australia, New Zealand and the USA. Stacey starts on the 26th August – please make her welcome!


Annette LaBouchardiere

Annette comes from a Dental Business Development/Practice Management background. Annette entered the veterinary industry over 19 years ago working for a Veterinary Pharmaceutical Company and then progressed to a Sales Manager role for a WA Veterinary Wholesaler.
In 2016 Annette moved to the country to set up a self-sufficient lifestyle farm and took on the role of Business Unit Manager for a rural practice, managing two hospitals and a satellite clinic.
Annette has the knowledge, experience and proven ability to manage not only the business side of a veterinary practice, but to also work with the team to motivate and raise awareness of their emotional intelligence. Balancing business and mental health is a passion of Annette’s, and a skill that has been essential in managing work-life balance and increasing resilience in our working environment today.
Annette’s animal family consists of eight cows, 16 sheep, many chooks, turkeys, ducks, one budgie, one canary and her border collie named Willow.


Melinda Fraser

Melinda lives in Perth with her husband and two very trouble-prone but very cute pets, Elsie, her Doberman, and Jura, her cat. In Melinda's downtime, she loves to spend as much time as she can outdoors whether it be bike riding, hiking, wakeboarding or just cruising on the boat. During her working life she has gained experience in quite a few different industries from travel to construction to sports, and now the veterinary industry!
